To safeguard the climate and the planet, the impacts of mobility on the environment and resources must be reduced by 80-90% by 2050, compared to the 2010 situation. Three measures are necessary for this purpose: short journeys, smart modal choice, low-footprint vehicles – an impact reduction contribution of around 1/3 is expected from each of them.
AEQUEO NOW technology aims to enable the production, by 2050, of sustainable low-impact vehicles meeting the needs of the population and the economy, whose ecological footprint per km traveled will be reduced by 50-70%, compared to that of vehicles built in 2010.
